Responsible for reception, general office admin and enquiries, and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office.

June 1976 – present
Responsible for sourcing of contractor’s plant for hire and monitoring small hire plant. Other duties included pumping equipment procurement, water treatment procurement, stock control, on-site gas analysing, water sampling, sample testing coordination and lots more.
Graham also has an extensive background of soils, concrete testing, ndt with radar trial pit excavation and logging diamond core drilling etc.

November 2018 – present
Ground Investigation supervision (terrestrial and marine), field and sample logging, field testing, preparation and collation of data, surveying and assisting senior management in the development and reporting of projects.
Gareth started at Holequest Ltd as Technical Assistant and was educated at West Lothian College in civil engineering where he has developed to his current position. Gareth’s time at Holequest Ltd has led to a breadth of experience in Ground Investigation, Water Well Drilling, and Structural Repair and Ground Anchoring, from assisting management and supervision on large projects such as drilling on jack up barges in Grutness Shetland, to small projects like hand dug investigation pits in Stranraer.

Started with the company in 2014 at the age of 19. Began drilling after a year of being a driller’s assistant. Range of experience in terrestrial, marine ground investigation, contaminated land drilling, structural repair anchoring, water wells and water treatment services.
Michael is an experienced rotary driller with a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards while ensuring efficient and safe drilling processes.

August 2022 – Present
Supporting the Managing Director with Contract management of projects, day to day supervision and management of the squads, health & safety, client liaison, tendering, design, and contractual issues with a strong customer focus.
Les has 40+ years’ experience in Civil Engineering with a strong emphasis in public & private water supply and Hydro design & construction, with 20 + years as a contracts manager delivering large & small projects to time & budget.

July 2021 – present
Overall responsibility for accounts, payroll, HR employee relations, training, recruitment, and the daily management of the office. Also responsible for calibrations.

1983 – present
Started as a second man then worked up to become a driller for 25 years. Then progressed to staff as a Drilling Supervisor, also maintaining all fleet vehicles, plant equipment and rigs. Responsible for pump installations and maintenance, hands on training and site supervision.
June 2006 – present
Keith has a wealth of construction experience which includes Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Industrial and Structural Steelwork as well as specialised Medical Institution construction works, Safety and Offshore works.
For over 45 years Keith was responsible for managing multiple projects with emphasis on safety, scheduling, and financial control.

Craig has a wealth of experience in the fields of Ground Investigation (terrestrial and marine), Contaminated Land Investigation, Water Well drilling, Pumping, control and treatment system design and installation, Structural Repair Anchoring and Mechanical Ground Anchors.
With nearly 40 years of experience in the above fields Craig has the depth of knowledge that delivers projects to exacting standards, to agreed timescales and budgets.
